I used the same recipe as the earlier giant cupcake but used jam filling in the centre instead of the Oreo cookie frosting. Then I used sugar paste to decorate as I'm quite frankly rubbish at piping icing!!

It's my Hubby's Grandfather's birthday on New Years Eve, so I made him a cake!
