I decided to use up the rest of the Oreo biscuits I bought and use them to add to my butter-cream frosting for the middle of the giant cupcake.
For a first attempt with my giant cupcake silicone mould from
Wilkinson (only £6) I didn't think it was too bad! I took it in to work and it was gone by midday! Praise indeed.
